Each term we share with you an outline of the content of the assemblies that we lead in school. Over the course of the year we focus on special days of celebration, internet safety and Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural Aspects of the National Curriculum.
During the last week of term, all of our pupils were taught in an age-appropriate way about Internet Safety.
On Thursday 12th February, Mrs O'Connor, our SENCO, was delighted to welcome some of our families into school for our latest SENd Coffee Afternoon.
On Friday 6th February we were visited by an officer from Kent Fire and Rescue who spoke to our pupils about how to stay safe in their homes.
This week, all of our pupils took part in a presentation around railway safety.
On Friday 30th January, we welcome a special visitor to our school to speak about the Jewish celebration of Shabbat.
Save the Date - SENd Coffee Afternoon - Thursday 12th February
On Thursday 22nd January, the children were invited to take part in a wonderful interactive space show.
On Friday 23rd January, the children were extremely fortunate to take part in a Bollywood Dance Workshop.
On Thursday 15th January, Year Six visited Folkestone Museum for a wonderful workshop about World War Two.
