During the workshop, the children were taught the Arabic alphabet and how to write their names in Arabic. They had the opportunity to ask questions about the Muslim religion and were taught about the Qur'an, the Five Pillars of Islam and some of the beliefs that Muslims have. The children also had the opportunity to try on clothing items linked to the Muslim religion. Finally, they were each given a leaflet where they could write their names in English and Arabic and practice some Arabic phrases.
