Harcourt Primary believes that it is vital to include pupils in all aspects of the running of our school. An important part of this is for the pupils to take on a number of different positions of responsibility in our school. 

Article 12 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) says that children and young people should have a say in decisions that affect their lives. At Harcourt Primary, we encourage the children to take on the role of leaders.

These include:

• Head Boy, Head Girl, Deputy Head Boy and Deputy Head Girl
• School Council
• Global Ambassadors
• Digital Leaders 
• Anti-bullying Ambassadors.
