Statutory Assessment Dates for the 2026-27 Academic Year – No Unauthorised Absence Permitted. Key Stage Two Assessments (SATS) – Monday 10th May to Thursday 13th May 2027 Please note that schools are not able to authorise any term time absence unless parents and carers are able to evidence that this is for an exception reason as defined in the school’s attendance policy. Any term time leave is likely to result in the Local Authority issuing a Penalty Notice.
